Hoosier Healthwise
A health plan for children under the age of 19 and pregnant women.
Hoosier Healthwise is a Medicaid health care plan that serves children under the age of 19. The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is part of Hoosier Healthwise. The level of coverage available to members is based on which Hoosier Healthwise benefit package they qualify for. Eligibility is based on the number of family members and household income.

Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
A health plan for adults age 19 - 64.
The Healthy Indiana Plan is an affordable health insurance program that serves uninsured and underinsured Hoosiers between the ages of 19–64 who are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare. This plan also includes pregnant women. Participants are required to make monthly contributions toward coverage.
